I was just reading a post on a friend's blog about how an awful lot of girls who were very young in the seventies ended up looking an awful lot like little boys because of the hairstyles back then.
But not me--my grandma made sure she put these awful spiky hair-rollers in my hair before I went to bed at night so it would be all ringletty and girly.
I'd have traded your haircut for mine in a flash just to avoid those curlers. :)

I wanted to be a boy,back when I was six.
I made my mum cut off my long hair and started going out to play in the sun sans shirt;p
