Thursday night...a walk in the park.

Hey everyone!! here is the start of my weekend posts that i was toooo lazy and tired to do last night....hahahaha...thursday i was just sitting around kinda booored and my friend Mike sent me a msg on msn to see if i wanted to go meet him for a beer...considering that it was bright and sunny and somewhat warm..i figured that it would be a good idea for me to get my ass off my chair...and take a break from the inter-tron....anyways..i went and met mike for a beer and we decided that we would go back to his place and take his little girl jersey out for a walk :)
thats mike up there...him and i have been friends for a long long time..i think we met when we were 18 or something like that..he's a really cool guy..and always good for lots of laughs :) sometimes i think we're twins..and we were separated at birth..cuz we're both really weird..hahaha

it was such a lovely night...isn' t the sunset pretty?!?! i couldn't resist taking some of these pictures :)the place where we took our walk isn't REALLY a park..its part of a trail that runs all the way through guelph along the river..there are some really nice spots to it...this part of the trail that we walked along is one of my favourites..it looks kind of pretty right now...but it looks even MORE amazing when all the trees are green with leaves! i spend quite a bit of time down by that river in the summer..so i'll be sure to take some more pictures some other time :)this is a picture of a factory that we walked by..i like this picture because of the way the setting sun made the sticky uppy things looks....(i have no idea what the sticky uppy things really are..thats why i just called them sticky uppy things...hahahaa)

anyways..thats about it for thursday night...we walked along the river up to a main road and stopped at a yummy thai restaurant to get some take-out for dinner...in case you're interested..here are a few pics of dinner..hahahah

cashew chicken...served with rice...yum..yum..yum.
spicy thai beef noodle soup...even more yumm yumm yumm...and also we had some very good spring rolls...and i had some beef pad thai..i didn't take pictures of that..i dunno why...anyways..i'm out of here for now! i must get ready for my day at work..!!!!
