went hiking.

went for a hike the other day with a girl from work..it was good...we went to a nice spot..it helped me to not nap...which is also good...because its all i want to fucking do lately..here are some pictures.

i like ducks..i feed them wonderbread, because they really are wonderful. (oh ya...and i like geese too...just because they are always around..and i like how they are black and grey and white).

so, the day after my birthday..considering that i wasn't so hung over...it was decided that we would go to St. Jacobs for the day...(its a small little town that has a really great farmers market...and the downtown is also filled with cute posh shops)..anyways..after we went to the market and had lunch and wandered around..we were going home...and we saw this shop with really super extra cute umbrellas decorating the outside..we decided that we would stop and take a quick browse...BOY...am i EVER glad we did..turns out..that it was a kids costume store basically!! every type of costume that you could IMAGINE!! hats! wigs! wings!! wands! shoes! dresses! boas!! HATS! HATS! HATS!!! and MORE HATS!!! here...i'll show you :D

The Birthday Post :)

Hey everyone! i'm trying not to be lazy tonight..hahaa..i had a nice nap after work..i'm still really tired from being sick..and now i have a bit of a cold..woe is me..hahaha..i think i need to take it nice and easy this weekend..maybe just stick around the homefront..catch some flicks :) anyways..i had a really great birthday..as i've said a few times already all of you (my blogger buds) made it really special with all of your great posts, and cards and stuff like that...Spider..i did get your b-day..thank you very much :) the envelope made it here all in one piece :) i loved the candles..they really made me giggle..and the rock is very special :) its sitting on my desk now :) ...also it was so nice to see the little not from Ace and Max :) yer kids are so cute :)

Anyways...friday night was the big celebration for my birthday...its so much fun when your birthday actually falls on a party night!! yipppeee!!

I went out with my friends Cori, Andie, Angie, and my brother came along as well :)
We started out at the local pool hall that i used to work at..that is usually where we start any night..i've been hanging out there for so long now that its just a given...anyway..after a few drinks there we headed over to the bars that my friends own...SO much fun! I know most of the bands that play there....and friday night was a really good one! A great guy whose name is Adam..and he was playing with another guy whose name is Adrian! they ROCKED the house!! hahaha When we were at the bar a few other friends made on appearance as well :) This guy Steve that i know came..and brought me a pretty little green present..hahaha...it was fun :) not one that i use ALL the time...but the odd time..its not so bad :) My friend Jeff came out as well!! He plays in one of the bands that plays at Doogies! He's a fun guy...anyways..i'll get to posting the pictures now :)

Hey everyone!! This is just a quick post to let you all know that my secret pal is the BESTEST!! The night before my birthday i recieved a great big box in the mail!! It was a birthday present from my secret pal..I wasn't at home when i got it..i happened to be at one of my Aunts house for a tea party...(yes..a tea party)...anyways..when i got there my mom gave me the box and i opened it up with everyone there :) i got sooo many cute and yummy little goodies!! I know you're all waiting for my post on NYC...but thats a project that Andie and i are gonna work on together....SO...this post is from the Saturday night that i got back into Guelph from NYC..before i left i had made plans to go out with my friend Cori the night i got back to see our friends band play at the bar that our other friends own...Cori and I dont really get a chance to go out all that much together...so it was a pretty fun...crazy night...Cori..i will say..is just as crazy as me...and we tend to feed off each other a little bit....hahahahah
