i can't decide on a name for my new friend..i've come up with a few..deeohgee..hurley...irving...murdock..and zale..i found them all on a fish naming website..hahah...well except for deeohgee..but that just spells dog..hahha...anyways..could you all gimme some ideas? please? with beta pellets on top?!?!?!

i bought myself a fishie today..because i need someone to tell all my secrets to.

stuff...and things.

i'm not in the best of moods tonight..probably shouldn't even be posting..but i am..because i've got nothing better to do at the moment..hahaha..its eeeeeeeearly friday morning..1:32am to be exact..i'm trying to stay up late tonight..because i have to go into work at 11pm..and work all night until 7:30 in the morning...BLA..that SUCKS..i worked today..and came home..and had a nap on the couch..i thought it was a good idea at the time..if i had a nap..i could stay up late..and then sleep in tomorrow..and be well rested for the midnight shift..well..i had the nap...woke up..and have been BITCHY...and bored..and BLA ever since.

nothing is lifting my mood..i've tried pop-corn..chocolates..pepsi...tea..smoking 8 millions cigarettes..listening to music....the pop-corn got stuck in my teeth..the chocolates made me thirsty...the pepsi...made my teeth feel fuzzy...i burnt my tongue on my tea...and the cigarettes are getting to be a bit tiresome as well...whats a girl to do?

i tried listening to music..but the words and sounds just smashed around on the inside of my brain..and it actually got to the point where i had to turn it off because i was going to smash something against the wall....i tried watching a movie..i put on american history x..couldn't get into it..i tried fight club...couldn't get into that either...put in E.T..decided that it wasn't the best choice given my mood...looked through all my other movies for something to watch..got pissed off and put the end to that idea.

i think i might always be like this after the holidays..you know..when things are exciting..and everybody is always up for doing stuff because they are in the spirit...and then..once the two (or whatever) weeks are over..its back to the same old boooooring SHIT.

everyone is TOOO busy...TOO tired..TOOOOO blablablablablablabla..GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

NYD Breakfast...PT 1

for the past few New Years Day..i have gotten up in the morning and went to my parents house..and made breakfast for them and a few of our friends..this morning was no exception..we had a really nice breakfast..i really enjoyed their company....and i wasn't even really THAT hung over...only for about the first half hour that i was awake :)....i think that sherry's wish for me may have actually worked..hhehehehe...thanks sherry!!

i had a really good night last night..i've posted some pictures below for you all to see :) I spent the night at my friends bar..which i usually do every year..the band was amazing..and everyone that was there was pretty friendly....things had the potential to get outta hand at the end of the night..the band was playing a really good song..and everyone was on the dance floor..some girl was gettin a little crazy and flailing around all over the place..bumped into me..and knocked my pint right outta my hand....i kept my cool tho....good thing it wasn't past last call...or else i would have had to give it to her...AND GOOD..hehehee..because i'm SO tough and all ;)

i went out with a good friend of mine..paula..she is the other girl in the pictures with me..she had a good night as well..she was my date.....we're both single girls...so we decided to switch teams for the night...she was my first kiss of the new year....no tongue...thank you jeebus..anyways..hope u enjoy the silliness!!!

so...another year is over..just thought i would post a wee post to commemorate the passing..lol..i made this little picture collage that highlight some of my favourite times of 2005...there is a lot i can say about the past year..in some ways it was one of the best years of my life..and in some ways it was one of the worst..i learnt a lot about myself, and also a lot about the people who i hold close..i made new friends..and said goodbye to old ones...i'm not going to babble on i don't think...i'll just say that i'm excited to see what 2006 will bring...cheers.

boxing day..and night.

today was really kind of low-key..i worked for a few hours..and the store was soooo dead that i came home after 2 hours..i ended up just having a really long nap..then i woke up and went to my mamas for some leftovers..mmmmm...im feeling kinda tired right now..and sorta bummed out..its not because i didn't have a really great christmas..because i did..it was wonderful..i think its just because it has been constantly go go go..and now that i've actually had a little bit of time to relax..my mind wanders..and i begin to think of the people that i miss and that i wish i could have around me...silly or what? anyways..i'm off for now..its time to get in my comfy pjs..and curl up in bed with my box of kleenex and watch E.T..nite nite!

xmas day...NIGHT!!

i have another xmas tradition...every year...after all the turkey is done..and the family is starting to go their separate ways..i make my way down to my friends bar to have a few drinks and listen to a band..its always a good night to catch up with friends who live out of town and are just around for the holidays..and its also a good time to make new friends :) this year..i actually didn't drink..i drove..i've had a lot of the boozin this holiday season...so i figured i'd best stick to the gingerale..and just take it easy for once...(i still had a great time...because believe it or not..i can still have fun when i'm not loaded...hehehehehehe) i went this year with my friend Paula..it was good times :)

xmas DINNER..mmmmmm!!

xmas dinner was really good this year..my mama made a turkey..and everything to go along with it..and she also made a ham and scalloped potatoes..yum yum..there was 9 of us for dinner this year..i think everyone really enjoyed themselves..it was a good night of eatting and just hanging around :) my friend cori and her little boy joined us this year..and i think having them around was one of the best parts :) christmas is just SO much better when there is a little one around..they get so excited..and i think their excitement really rubs off on everyone else :)

well...here is my xmas day post...it was a great day..i had lots of fun with my family and my friends..everyone really enjoyed all the gifts that they got..xmas morning at my house is a lot of fun..i spent the night at my mamas this year..so it was the first time in a long long time that i woke up there xmas morning :) it was kinda shitty..because when i woke up i realized that i had to go home and get the memory card for the digi cam..because i only had a wee card in..so we could only take like 10 pictures at a time...and you all know me with the camera..hahaha so anyways..i drove home and by the time i got showered and got back my brother was already there and the sausage rolls were in the oven and they were all waiting to open pressies :) i posted earlier on in the month about my xmas jammie tradition..here are the pictures from my xmas 05 photo shoot ;)
